Job Description

Lead and implement a comprehensive specialised technical service to manage disrepair claims against Haring Council and ensure that they are dealt with professionally and expeditiously as possible.
Implementing disrepair processes and procedures and ensuring Housing Disrepair protocols are met. Motivating and managing the team to managing existing and new caseloads to a satisfactory conclusion.

To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:

\xc2\xb7Experience of managing and performance managing staff within Local Authority/ALMOs.
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of the legal framework relating to disrepair
