As a result of this breadth, along with A&M's growth, we are expanding the tax practice rapidly at all levels and looking to recruit a Director into the Transfer Pricing Tax team.

Transfer Pricing




Transfer pricing is more critical than ever, as the delicate balance between maximising shareholder returns, managing reputational risk, and complying with a changing, complex, legislative framework has never been more challenging.


Our international transfer pricing professionals advise on intellectual property (IP) migration, supply chain planning or global expansion, pre-deal due diligence, corporate restructuring and merger integration, tax authority investigations, and policy updates.

What Will You Be Doing?



As a Director, you will have ownership on the successful delivery of engagements. This will include the following: + Running fact finding and functional interviews with support from junior members of the team;
+ Formulating solutions based on the findings and discussions with engagement leads;
+ Be the main point of communication with external stakeholders on each engagement;
+ Effective delegation ensuring appropriate allocation of actions across your project team;
+ Monitoring team effort against agreed projects fees, identifying and addressing potential misalignments through internal and client communications;
+ Ensure all quality control processes are carried out, including ensuring proper sign off is obtained from engagement leads; and
+ Ensure all project set up admin is appropriately carried out by the project team.
You will also play a role in developing the junior team members. This will include the following: + One on one sessions to provide real time constructive feedback or to provide impromptu training sessions as required;
+ Identify areas for development for team members, and proactively seek opportunities within live engagements to provide this development;
+ Run team training sessions on select topics;
+ Participate in performance management processes including being a counsellor for a few members of the team.
You will also support the senior and managing directors with business development initiatives as required. This will include: + Preparing proposals and responding to RfPs;
+ Identifying opportunities on live engagements for new opportunities; and
+ Support the development of thought leadership materials.

Qualifications:



ACA or ICAS qualified (or equivalent professional qualification). Experience in transfer pricing. Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence clients. Simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines.
