Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic leader in Workforce Management within the SaaS industry, with extensive expertise in Time and Attendance to join our London based team as part of our ambitious growth plans. The role is hybrid, with a weekly presence expected in our London office based in SE1.





The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience within workforce management with proven ability to lead Time and Attendance projects across multiple countries globally, navigating complexity in relation to regulations and compliance.

What will you be responsible for?



Reporting to the VP of Client Experience, EMEA, the Director, Time & Attendance leads a specialist team responsible for the delivery and optimisation of our Time & Attendance component for a diverse portfolio of retail clients across the globe. This is a client and prospect-facing role which oversees the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Time & Attendance offering.





The Responsibilities will include the following: -




Project Leadership & Business Support






Influencing the strategic roadmap for the Time & Attendance transformation, aligning priorities with company objectives and market demands Collaborating with internal project teams to ensure seamless integration of the Time & Attendance component within the broader StoreForce workforce management solution Identifying opportunities to streamline Time & Attendance project delivery processes Work with the VP of Client Experience EMEA and VP of Client Success to support them in identifying and exploring partnerships with Payroll, HCM and HRIS Solution Providers.



Team Leadership and Development






Building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team of Time & Attendance Consultants. Fostering a culture of continuous learning to ensure the team stays up to date with evolving labour laws, compliance requirements, and industry trends.



Client and Prospect Engagement and Satisfaction






Engaging with sales and prospects in Time and Attendance presentations that include Payroll or H/R staff, be the key liaison in responding to any Payroll / H/R queries during the process, and support Sales in the development of proposals that include T&A Serving as the primary senior point of contact for clients during large-scale and complex Time & Attendance project phases, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery. Collaborating with the Client Success team to drive post-implementation success and ongoing client satisfaction.



Regulatory Compliance Expertise






Staying informed of country-specific labour laws and compliance requirements related to time tracking, overtime rules, and leave policies. Ensuring the Time & Attendance component adheres to regional regulations and standards.




What are the key skills and capabilities we are looking for?




Experience/Knowledge:






A degree or Masters in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information technology or a related field; Experience working with SaaS solutions within Workforce Management Proven experience leading complex Time & Attendance projects across multiple countries, including EMEA region. In-depth knowledge of global Time & Attendance regulations and compliance requirements, preferably with in depth expertise from within EMEA. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
