Roles like this don\'t often surface in established businesses, however, due to the uptake in demand for available space in London for Life Sciences space, the supply is currently short with a number of developers jumping at the opportunity to redefine developments in London creating a mixture of both commercial office space with laboratories and clinical space over several floors.

As a result, one of London\'s most well-known Project Management firms are putting together a team of experts with proven track records in delivering these types of developments and are servicing clients on both the construction and fit-out of these facilities.

If you have a proven track record in delivering these types of facilities and are looking to work within a business that can propel your career to the next level then I am keen on having a conversation.

Unlike most consultancies delivering on large-scale pharma / manufacturing frameworks, this firm are working with private equity clients and London\'s leading developers who are involved in these types of assets.

Candidates must have at least 7 to 10 years of experience delivering specifically within the clinical / labs market and can be either from a specialist contractor, developer or consultancy.

On offer is a six figure basic plus package dependant on experience. As this is a strategic hire for the business there is flexibility on the financials.
