A unique and outstanding opportunity to work as a central figure with one of the most famous teams in sport and make a significant impact on the lead-in and success of one of the biggest world sporting events in 2025.
The Director of Rugby and Operations will be a key member of the Executive Team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and play a key role in driving the overall strategic direction of the organisation. Other core areas of focus will include:
- Management of Tour and other agreements
- Grow and manage effective stakeholder relationships with shareholders, clubs, Unions and international federations.
- Tour party management including recruitment of all back room personnel, developing culture and communication strategies and security.
- Logistics and operational planning.
- Head Coach support.
