Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Director of Operations for our new restaurant concept. Four Seasons Park Lane are excited to announce our new restaurant partnership with Yannick All \xc3\xa9 no. All \xc3\xa9 no is one of France\xe2\x80\x99s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World\xe2\x80\x99s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our new restaurant will be contemporary and creative while embodying Chef All \xc3\xa9 no\xe2\x80\x99s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes will be rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience. Your role
With our brand-new restaurant concept, you will be a key figure head in leading the teams to establish our brand, culture and service. You will report into our General Manager but work with Yannick All \xc3\xa9 no and his team to achieve our goal of, satisfying each customer and developing guests\xe2\x80\x99 loyalty.
