What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on
Director of Growth Marketing
to join our growing marketing team. This is a
new leadership role
reporting directly to the
Head of Marketing
, with a unique opportunity to shape and execute our growth engine across the full customer journey.
You'll bring a strong foundation in
product marketing
and
lifecycle marketing
within
Enterprise B2B SaaS
, and the experience to manage and optimize
paid media campaigns
. You'll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator--a
player-coach
ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
What You'll Do:
Develop and lead integrated growth strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
Lead Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies
Own and scale paid acquisition channels (search, social, programmatic, etc.) to hit pipeline and efficiency goals
Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer journey
Measure performance, analyze results, and continually optimize campaigns for ROI
Manage a small team as we grow, while remaining deeply hands-on
What you should bring to the table:
At least 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS
Strong background in
product marketing
, with a solid understanding of messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis
Proven experience in
marketing technology or SaaS
platforms
Deep expertise in
paid media
and
lifecycle marketing
across the funnel
Hands-on operator with leadership experience--a true
player-coach
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Proficient in English, with native-level fluency
Experience targeting enterprise-level customers and managing long sales cycles
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable working remotely across time zones and leading in a distributed team environment.
