FTE: The first 12-14 months of this role will be 1.0FTE in Curriculum, after which, 0.6FTE of the employee\xe2\x80\x99s time will transition to operations to deliver this programme

The role:
As our Director of Senior People Professional Curriculum, you will build and maintain industry-leading training content relating to the Senior People Professional Apprenticeship Standard. You will drive the planning and build of Senior People Professional training content that can be delivered at scale for maximum real-world impact.
