Great that you\'re thinking about a career with BSI!We are looking for a Digital User Experience Lead to join our BSI team.The User Experience (UX) Practice covers the development and improvement of client-centric journeys across BSI\xe2\x80\x99s Group digital properties, ensuring that the experiences are optimised for delivery across channels and meet relevant KPIs. The team also support and enable localisation of experiences for global markets, developed in collaboration with regional and country teams to ensure best practice.The Digital User Experience Lead will act as the bridge between our external agency and internal teams, to implement and translate the digital brand into the key user experiences for the marketing ecosystem. Also, as a Digital User Experience Lead, you will be working with stakeholders under the guidance of the Head of User Experience to support and advocate the redesign of the brand and how it delivers to BSIs clients by applying user-centric methodologiesAbout the company:BSI is a market-leading, globally renowned organisation and, as the UK\xe2\x80\x99s national standards body, our role is to help improve the quality and safety of products, services, and systems by enabling the creation of standards and encouraging their use.   • Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
  • Interpret data and qualitative feedback
  • Define and redefine user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Determine information architecture, create sitemaps and user flows
  • Create prototypes and wireframes
  • Conduct usability testing and usability acceptance testing
What we are looking for:Education/Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant professional certifications
Knowledge & Experience:
  • User experience expert with a history of identifying and driving improvements across multichannel client journeys.
  • Collaboration with internal business teams and external agencies
  • Advocacy and communication of best practice across global organisations Customer journey mapping
  • Extensive experience in digital experience design, and relevant tools, in global organisations
  • Understanding of interaction design principles
  • Exposure to emerging best practice tools and methodologies for User Experience and Digital
  • Voice of client implementation
  • Continuous improvement practice
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Google Analytics, Pardot, Episerver
  • Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
  • User research and usability testing
  • Information architecture analysis and recommendations
  • Digital visual design best practices
  • Third-party and agency resource management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
