The Digital Service Offerings Manager defines, manages, and commercializes digital service offerings within the Service Business Unit, identifying market opportunities and collaborating with technology teams to enhance and innovate solutions.
Reporting to the Digital Service Solution Head, this role works closely with the Digital Service Product Management Team, and BU commercial teams to develop business cases, define roadmaps, and support deployment, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business strategy, and technology to drive adoption and monetization. Additionally, the role works together with the Marketing & Sales function at the Global & Hub levels to support with strategic customer dialogues.

Business Case Development:
Build business cases for new digital service offerings, ensuring feasibility, commercial viability, and scalability.
Service Transformation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to transition from traditional service models to digitally enabled service solutions, ensuring alignment with Horizons X, Y, and Z strategic targets.
