Job Description






Our Role Digital Production Coordinator will work to support the content and structure of The White Company website to maximise the global growth of digital business. Working as part of the Digital Content team as the key person responsible for delivering and publishing all website content. There will be a heavy focus on management of workload, communication with stakeholders and planning delivery of campaigns.
What you\'ll be doing Content Production

  • Update the website in line with updates from Content Planning, the weekly Trade meeting, and Ad Hoc requests to a high first-time accuracy.
  • Support content improvements projects to inspire and facilitate the business objectives/trading needs.
  • Work with Digital Production Executive to ensure documentations when current process change is updated.
  • Work with all Content Management Systems (CMS) and be the Subject-Matter-Expert (SEM) to ensure we are using the tool provided to the best of its ability and all issues are resolved within the agreed SLA.
Customer Experience
  • Responsible for the launch and execution of all online site refreshment updates, ensuring that all campaigns are support by relevant engaging content and that balance commercial and editorial needs.
  • Using knowledge of competitor sites and web best practices to ensure a fluid and optimal journey on all the content produced. Flag to the appropriate teams if any part of the experience is subpar.
  • Enhance experience and content findability for Content Types \xe2\x80\x98Evergreen, Aspirational and Functional\xe2\x80\x99 across all websites. No dead-end.
Planning & Delivery
  • Proactively track and review the content workload and all BAU workstreams so that capacity for upcoming weeks is visible and aligned with Digital Content Production Executive.
  • Support Content Plan by which all major launches run to.
  • Co-ordinating the workload with Digital Content Production Executive and any other members of the team.
Stakeholder Management
  • Regularly communicate the status of content updates to the appropriate stakeholders in Digital Trading and Senior teams.
  • Maintain a good relationship with all key teams - Brand, Marketing, Editorial and Creative \xe2\x80\x93 and use touchpoints during the week to gather direction of these teams as a whole and their top priorities for content.
  • Be a champion of content production processes across teams; making it clear when something isn\xe2\x80\x99t working and why so you can bring the appropriate people together to fix it.

The skills & experience that you\xe2\x80\x99ll need
  • Experience on how content management systems operate.
  • Good understanding of HTML and CMS.
  • Experience of Content Square or Adobe Analytics is desirable, but not necessary.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within deadlines is essential.
  • Highly organised and flexible, with appreciation of shifting priorities and reacting to change requests.
  • Work well within a team and have a respectable and pro-active, \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
  • Good understanding of websites (either working directly or with other departments or suppliers) across content and functionality and able to self-serve basic content on the sites.
  • Knowledge and passion about online and multi-channel retail and customer experience would be advantageous.
