Digital Performance Analyst

Newcastle - Hybrid

This Organisation is currently looking for a talented Digital Performance Analyst to focus on the creation of user centred solutions with purpose for clients within government and business.

The Role

You will assist clients to improve their services by selecting appropriate techniques to turn data into insights, working alongside product delivery teams to develop performance measuring frameworks to track goals, user needs and KPI\'s.

Additionally, you will lead by example, mentoring junior colleagues within your team.

Essential Experience - Digital Performance Analyst

• Experience working with Google Analytics, Splunk, Datadog or similar
• Experience with data visualisation tools e.g. Data Studio
• Experience designing and implementing a performance framework containing KPI\'s
• Ability to use the most appropriate medium to visualise data to tell compelling stories

Desirable Experience - Digital Performance Analyst

• Visualised data using power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Power Query or similar
• Scripting and programming language such as SQL, Python, R
• Experience working within a GDS Delivery environment or government department
• Eligible for Security Clearance
