What are we looking for?

Required experience:

Cloud, preferably Azure (specifically PAAS and AKS as well as general
Azure ML Ops).

Scripting, preferably Python.

Windows and Linux server

Large enterprise and ITSM

SQL (basic level)

Preferred experience:

AI/ML support

Automation Anywhere

Celonis

Container technology

Power BI

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and partners possessing varied levels of technical proficiency

Strong drive for results and innovation

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead design and projects for AI Operations area and help upskill 24/7 L1 through L3 resources.

Collaborate with Automation, Process Intelligence and Next Generation Technologies
resources to help lead operations take-on for coming solutions, including coordination of
operationalizing solution to support scalability and reliability requirements.

Engage with strategic partners to optimize the ongoing support and deployment model for
automation, process intelligence and next generation technologies\' solutions.

Collaborate within team and externally to ensure compliance to audit and process
governance for all deployments and changes.

Manage capacity and plan according to demand to ensure efficiency without bottlenecks
Create documentation and knowledge articles to help mature processes and ensure
transition and succession capabilities.

Lead projects to manage lifecycle across various dependent systems (software, OS,
browser, database, etc.)

Assist with building and progressing reporting, monitoring, and alerting within solutions.
