Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our media initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, particularly Google Ads, and possess excellent project management skills. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, analysing campaign performance, and assisting with email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement. Assist in the planning and execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms. Analyse data from various campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Support project management tasks by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables. Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including email campaigns and social media posts. Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. Maintain organised records of all media activities and performance metrics. Attend zoom calls Create graphics on Canva Use Facebook to schedule ads

Experience

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Experience in email marketing campaigns is an advantage. Organised Meta suite experince and Tik Tok ads / organic post an advantage
