The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing CRM systems, delivering effective email marketing campaigns, and analysing campaign performance to support our marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in A/B testing, and the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns. They will also bring a general understanding of digital marketing and be comfortable contributing to multi-channel marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

CRM and Email Campaign Management:



? Manage and optimise CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to support campaign execution, monitor engagement, and ensure data accuracy.

? Develop and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation, and personalised content to improve open and click-through rates.

Campaign Analytics and A/B Testing:



? Conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates) to inform strategy and optimise results.

? Create detailed performance reports and share insights with senior stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Content and Asset Support:



? Assist in creating and refining marketing content for email, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and tone.

?

Collaboration:



? Work closely with the wider marketing team to align email campaigns with overarching marketing strategies and goals.

? Support the coordination of campaigns across digital platforms and assist with digital advertising efforts when required.

Database Management:



? Maintain and enhance customer databases, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting for campaigns.

?

Marketing Innovation:



? Stay informed about the latest trends in email marketing, CRM, and digital marketing to identify opportunities for innovation.

Skills and Experience

CRM Expertise:

Experience with platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with a strong ability to manage and utilise these tools for effective campaign execution and customer engagement.

Email Marketing Knowledge:

Proven ability to create and optimise email campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and using data to optimise campaigns.

General Digital Marketing Skills:

A solid understanding of digital marketing, including basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

Attention to Detail:

Highly organised with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in campaign execution.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and collaborating with stakeholders.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

? 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, and campaign analytics.

? Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

? Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.

? Basic experience in digital marketing channels and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
