Digital Marketing Officer
Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: \xc2\xa325,623 per annum (Professional Services Grade 6)
Campus: Trowbridge, Wiltshire with travel to all campuses
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but exciting Marketing and Communications team. We have big ambitions and are looking for someone to join the team to help us improve our impact online. We have a wide range of target audiences to engage, therefore no two days are the same.
About the role
Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Content Editor, and the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for the digital presence of Wiltshire College & University Centre. This will include day-to-day management of the website, ownership of paid online advertising and creating engaging content for a variety of audiences and ensuring a suitable tone of voice across channels, as well as reporting on the results of digital campaigns.
About you
With a background in digital marketing, you will have a blend of creative, technical and analytical skills. Ideally, you will hold or be willing to work towards a related qualification at Level 4.
You should have some experience in website management, paid digital advertising and analytics, including GA4, as well as SEO and optimisation. You need to be future thinking \xe2\x80\x93 looking at how you can work with the Marketing and Communications Manager, the wider team and external agencies, where appropriate, to develop a consistent and effective digital presence.
You should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. You will be adaptable and flexible and be able to effectively react to changing priorities.
The role will involve regular travel around Wiltshire so it is essential that any applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
