From SEO to PPC, content to creative, we help businesses grow through smart, joined-up digital marketing, and now we're looking for a versatile digital marketer who's just as comfortable chatting to clients as they are writing a social post, building an email, or reviewing campaign performance.
The Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be a hands-on part of our delivery team, helping to run campaigns, manage content, and report on results, while also acting as a key point of contact for a small group of clients. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety, is confident with clients, and wants to grow their skills across multiple areas of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (social, email, web, PPC, content)
Schedule and publish content across social platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer
Write short-form content for emails, landing pages, and social media
Monitor campaign performance and support with monthly reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for assigned clients -- updating them on progress, answering questions, and flagging opportunities
Brief and liaise with internal specialists (SEO, PPC, creative) and ensure tasks are progressing on schedule
Contribute to internal marketing (newsletters, social, case studies) and agency operations where needed
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience ideal)
Solid understanding of digital channels: social media, email, websites, SEO/PPC basics
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Confident in client-facing conversations (calls, emails, meetings)
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines
Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Trello/Asana, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, GA4, etc
Nice to Have
Experience writing content briefs or managing freelancers
Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify
Some hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google or Meta)
An interest in brand strategy or creative direction
