This company partners with leading advertising platforms to create a safer and more effective online environment, driving impactful digital marketing strategies across multiple regions.The Role:As a key member of the Global Marketing Team, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns, optimising CRM strategies, and driving lead generation. Based in London, youxe2x80x99ll collaborate with regional teams across EMEA, ensuring seamless execution of global marketing initiatives while tailoring strategies to local markets.This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.   • Develop and execute B2B customer lifecycle strategies, covering lead generation, retention, and advocacy.
  • Oversee and optimise paid social campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Search.
  • Manage and customise the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring seamless setup and integration with other tools.
  • Establish and maintain customer pipelines, stages, and properties in HubSpot to align with business workflows.
  • Design and implement automated lead qualification processes using marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and refine email nurturing campaigns, workflows, and lead scoring models to enhance engagement.
  • Analyse customer data to generate insights and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to drive lead generation and nurturing efforts.
  • Optimise landing pages, forms, and lead capture mechanisms for improved conversion.
  • Ensure seamless CRM integration with business systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM and marketing automation best practices.
  • Enhance customer onboarding processes to improve early-stage customer experience.
  • Develop strategies to boost customer retention and maximise account expansion opportunities
  • Establish and manage customer feedback loops to drive continuous product and service improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on CRM and paid media.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Background in B2B marketing (preferred but not required).
  • Experience working with paid media strategies and agency management.
  • Ability to build workflows, automate marketing processes, and optimise customer journeys.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary
  • xc2xa330,000 - xc2xa340,000 per annum xe2x80x93 based on experience.
Location
  • Ideally based in London, but open to candidates in Europe (Belgium is a potential option).
