About the Role



We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in managing paid advertising, SEO, and digital performance, who also enjoys working closely with development, design, operations, and marketing teams.

You'll be responsible for managing and optimising a portfolio of 10-15 high-performing Google Ads campaigns, overseeing new campaign onboarding, and delivering impactful results across Meta Ads and broader digital channels. You will also lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies, supported by strong analytical insights and hands-on CMS experience in WordPress and WooCommerce.

This role is fully office-based, and applicants must have access to their own transport due to our location.

Key Responsibilities



Paid Media Management

Manage, optimise and report on 10-15 existing Google Ads campaigns.

Set up and deliver new paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

Ensure tracking and conversion goals are correctly implemented using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

Manage and update Google Merchant Centre as required.

SEO Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Utilise tools such as Yoast SEO, Google Site Kit, Search Console, and Google Analytics to track and improve organic performance.

Conduct regular site audits and keyword research to drive traffic and visibility.

Website & Content Management

Use WordPress and WooCommerce to add, update and optimise web content.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure digital updates support wider marketing strategies.

Reporting & Analysis

Create and present regular performance reports using platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.

Leverage insights to adjust campaigns and improve overall performance.

Knowledge of Google Looker Studio is a bonus for advanced reporting and dashboards.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with internal teams across design, development, marketing, and operations to align digital efforts with business goals.

Manage your own workload and deadlines while supporting wider project delivery across the business.

Essential Skills & Experience



Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong skills in conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and implementation.

Confident working within WordPress and WooCommerce, with the ability to upload, edit, and optimise content.

WordPress & WooCommerce

Desirable:



Experience using Google Looker Studio for data visualisation and custom dashboards.

Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or technical SEO is a plus.

Working Hours & Location



Full-time position, however we are open to applications for 30-hour contracts (4 days per week) for the right candidate.

This is a fully office-based role. Hybrid or remote working is not offered, though occasional WFH requests may be considered on an ad hoc basis.

Own transport is essential due to the location of our office.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
