Thompsons Solicitors are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across the firm\'s digital platforms. Your role will play a crucial part in driving our online presence, enhancing client engagement, and supporting business development initiatives.

The Role

Responsible for our Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing strategies for the firm\'s digital platforms, including website, SEO, email marketing, social media, and broadcasting. Own the CMS, analyse user experience, identify conversion points and drop-offs in the user journey, and provide comprehensive reports on activity. Utilise digital marketing tools and working with external digital agencies to improve SEO performance in key areas and enhance communication with clients and prospects.

Integrated Digital Marketing: Oversee the execution, monitoring, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.

Team Management and Development: Manage and develop the digital marketing team of content creator and social media assistant by providing training, feedback, and growth opportunities to foster their professional development.

Compliance and Budgeting: Stay up to date with industry trends and benchmark new technologies against competitors and industry leaders. Developing and monitoring the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for key campaigns.

A bit about you

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in CMS management, SEO optimization, email marketing, social media management, and broadcasting platforms.

Experience with CRM systems and the ability to leverage it for marketing purposes.
