Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Strategy Development:


Create, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Campaign Management:


Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

SEO & SEM:


Manage and optimize organic (SEO) and paid search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to maximize online visibility.

Content Marketing:


Coordinate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, email newsletters, and social media channels.

Social Media Management:


Develop social media strategies, oversee posting schedules, and engage with audiences across platforms to build a loyal community.

Email Marketing:


Design, develop, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.

Analytics and Reporting:


Track, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns. Analyze metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Budget Management:


Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.

Collaboration:


Work closely with internal teams (sales, creative, and tech teams) and external agencies or vendors to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Stay Updated:


Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and changes in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Skills Required:



Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM tools. Expertise in content marketing, social media advertising, and performance marketing. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills. Creativity and ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred). 1-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or advertising position. Certifications like Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc., are a plus.
