We operate a growing network of boutique fitness studios, including
F45 and FS8 locations in London and Palma, Mallorca
, with a strong focus on community-driven, results-based training. As we expand from four to six studios, we're looking for a
data-driven, results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager
to take ownership of our paid advertising, lead generation, and overall marketing strategy.
The Role
As our
Digital Marketing Manager
, you'll be responsible for managing and executing
all marketing efforts
across our 5 studios. Your goal?
Maximise lead generation, drive membership sales, and ensure consistent brand presence
across digital platforms. You'll replace our external agency, giving us more control and reducing costs while improving campaign performance.
You'll work closely with the Owners and Area managers to create and implement a marketing strategy for growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimise
paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads)
to drive new memberships.
Manage monthly
ad spend budgets
, track ROI, and continuously refine campaigns for better performance.
Set up and
optimise landing pages
and lead forms to improve conversion rates.
2. CRM & Conversion Tracking
Implement and monitor lead-tracking systems to
ensure high-quality follow-ups
by studio teams.
Use
Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics
to track performance, make data-driven decisions, and improve acquisition strategies.
Integrate marketing campaigns with our
CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, GymSales, or LeadConnector)
for seamless lead nurturing.
3. Content & Brand Strategy
Work with designers & content creators (or AI tools) to produce
high-quality ad creatives, reels, and social media content
.
Ensure consistent branding, tone of voice, and messaging across all marketing channels.
Manage organic social media strategy alongside paid campaigns for maximum reach.
4. Local Marketing & Community Engagement
Support each studio's
localised marketing efforts
, including influencer partnerships and referral campaigns.
Develop and execute
local brand activations, corporate partnerships, and events
to increase footfall.
Provide marketing insights and reports to studio managers to help improve conversions at a local level.
Who You Are
?
Experience:
3-5+ years in digital marketing, preferably within fitness, hospitality, or a similar subscription-based business.?
Paid Ads Specialist:
Strong hands-on experience with
Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and conversion tracking

Data-Driven:
You
love analysing performance metrics
, optimising campaigns, and improving lead-to-member conversion rates.?
Self-Starter:
You can
work independently
and proactively improve marketing performance without constant oversight.?
Creative & Strategic:
