We are looking for a passionate and experienced digital marketing professional to join the Service Provider (SP) team that offers insights and advice to the telco industry. You will have expert knowledge of SEO management, CMS and content management. This role will be responsible for the delivery of building (new) and maintaining (existing) websites across the SP pillar brands, optimising for SEO, fine-tuning for performance and uploading and amending content.

You will build and deliver the digital marketing strategy, focused on creating awareness and education of our target audience. You will have at least a basic knowledge of HTML and have a data-driven mindset, using analysis and insights to ensure optimum performance of websites, digital strategies, UX and search.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the digital marketing strategy for all SP pillar websites, as per SP pillar objectives
  • Analyse data and user behaviour sequences to optimise and enhance usage, engagement and conversion
  • Build customer journeys based on user behaviour to attract our audience and drive conversions
  • Report on overall marketing effectiveness and ROI for all websites and identify where they can be optimised or adjusted accordingly
  • Deliver and optimise content to SP communities
  • Analyse web traffic/social media/other metrics to find opportunities for improving audience messaging on digital channels
  • Report on content and site/channel performance and adopt a continuous improvement and innovation mindset
  • Drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, performance, lead generation, conversion, and retention rates working with Omdia marketing lead
  • Drive the media brand transformation projects with central and SP media marketing teams, ensuring that AD (reg pr paywall) and site UX/UI and performance are at the heart of migration
  • Work with central SEO team on media sites\' organic growth, leading and supporting growth initiatives
  • Drive events websites\' organic growth, convert visitors to free or paid delegates
  • Share insights with the wider marketing team so learnings and approaches can be tested at the campaign level
  • Responsible for keyword research and competitive analysis, SEO audits and execute on-page optimisations to improve SEO performance
  • Accountable for digital marketing budget and keeping track of spending

Qualifications
  • 3 years plus experience working within a B2B Digital/SEO Role
  • Expert in building growth marketing strategy for all digital channels (websites, social, SEM) focused on audience growth
  • Experience in digital transformation projects
  • Experience in building new websites and working with third-party agencies
  • Expert in maintaining existing websites, understanding performance and growth
  • Expert in understanding content formats and leveraging them for digital use
No existing knowledge of the telecommunications industry is required - just a desire to learn and get stuck in!
