An amazing opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager within Andrews Property Group has become available! You will be responsible Responsible for developing our digital marketing strategy, improving our overall digital performance and digital customer experience across the customer lifecycle, to drive brand awareness, retain current customers, attract new customers, and maximise revenue. The Digital Marketing Manager role will be :

  • on a full-time basis
  • 37.5hrs a week Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm including 1hr lunch break
  • Working from Keynsham, Bristol office minimum 3 days per week

  • Team Management: line management of Marketing Executive(s), providing recommendations and mentor marketing team on best practices for producing high marketing, on and offline
  • Develop digital performance strategies: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals and target audience.
  • Campaign implementation: Working alongside the Marketing Manager, implementing tactical elements of campaigns, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness across digital elements of the campaign. Monitor digital campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise results.
  • Digital brand management: Ensure all digital platforms maintain and enhance the company\'s brand image by working with Marketing Manager\xe2\x80\x99s to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all digital marketing materials and channels.
  • Digital marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website development, paid digital (PPC, SEO, SEM, Paid Social etc), social media marketing, email marketing and third-party platforms. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer\xe2\x80\x99s digital needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyse data, customer insights, and market feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve digital campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage the digital elements of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various digital activities. Monitor spend, track ROI, and report on digital marketing performance to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across all Andrews\xe2\x80\x99 departments to align marketing activities with overall business objectives. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Establish KPIs, ROI and brand metrics to evaluate digital performance. Regularly track, analyse, and report on digital performance results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the team.
Key Skill Requirements
  • Proven experience as a digital marketing / digital performance manager or similar role across B2B and B2C.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing governance, principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Experience in building digital marketing strategies and implementing the required tools, including websites, apps, third-party portals
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-management and drive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Methodical, problem-solver, and a real eye for detail
  • Familiarity with paid digital, marketing automation, CRM software and working with third party platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, publishing software
