About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

AI Team Marketing Manager

to join our growing company based in

St Helens

. This is a

fully office-based role

, essential for managing and developing a high-performing marketing team focused on AI, digital marketing, and legal sector growth.

. You will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by recruiting, leading, and nurturing a team of marketing professionals and delivering innovative marketing strategies across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Build, lead, and manage a growing in-house marketing team Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business goals and growth Oversee all marketing operations including SEO, website content, campaigns, and analytics Create and manage strategic content plans across websites and social platforms Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders for campaign success Contribute to overall brand development and positioning within the legal and AI sectors Track KPIs and ROI to ensure performance is aligned with objectives Stay current on emerging technologies and marketing trends, especially in AI and legal services

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience

in a senior marketing management role Demonstrated experience in

managing and scaling large teams

Proven ability to

build marketing teams and departments from scratch

Strong business development and commercial strategy skills Native-level

spoken, written, and reading English

Must

have current right to work in the UK

Required Digital Marketing Experience (Must Have):

SEO strategy and implementation Website content planning and execution Email marketing Social media management Paid ads (PPC, social, display) Analytics and performance tracking Brand development

Desirable Experience (Bonus):

AI technologies or AI-focused teams

Marketing in the

legal or law services sector

Previous experience launching or scaling brands
