We're growing fast--and we're looking for a driven, creative, and beauty-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to help us level up our online presence.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be at the heart of our marketing team--planning and executing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and student enrolments. You'll work across multiple digital channels, from social media and SEO to email and influencer collaborations, helping us connect with our growing global community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and website Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach Monitor and report on performance analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite Conduct keyword research and optimise web content for SEO Stay up to date with beauty industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-learning) Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies Strong content creation skills--especially for short-form video (e.g., TikTok & Reels) Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo Excellent copywriting and communication skills Passion for beauty, wellness, and online education Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
