The Role

The role sits within the Marketing Department at TopCashback working towards attracting new members to use our service. The Marketing Department are responsible for millions of pounds of Marketing spend across many different marketing channels. This role will initially contribute to our digital marketing channels with a primary focus on working alongside other team members to maintain and grow TopCashback\xe2\x80\x99s affiliate and partner program. As we are a small team, often there is a requirement to work on other channels and campaigns, so we\xe2\x80\x99d expect the successful candidate to be able to apply their skills outside of affiliates and partners.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll have an enthusiasm for marketing but a real ability to develop and get the most out of our partner relationships to achieve our marketing goals. Communication (both face-to-face and online), planning, and adaptability are key skills and attributes that will help you succeed in this role. Experience with affiliate marketing will be beneficial but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate promotion and campaign ideas
• Find and recruit relevant new publishers to TopCashback
• Nurture existing publisher relationships, recommending and creating suitable campaigns
• Maintain regular communication with the Marketing & PR team and publishers
• Regularly analyse performance and generate reports
• Ensure new member journeys are optimised
• Work to implement tracking, testing, and other technological integration with existing systems.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Previous experience in a digital performance marketing role
• Relationship Building \xe2\x80\x93 experience building and maintaining relationships will be essential for the success of our affiliates and partners program
• Marketing Campaign analysis and reporting \xe2\x80\x93 the ability to use different marketing metrics to improve campaigns and work towards our cost-per-conversion goals
• Results driven \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to prioritise work and proactively seek new opportunities to achieve the best results.
• Clear Communicator \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbally
• Attention to detail in creating accurate marketing messaging
• Microsoft Excel \xe2\x80\x93 Training can be provided but basic knowledge in the context of reporting for Marketing is essential
