The PPC Executive will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, to drive customer acquisition and achieve ROI targets. You will work closely with the wider iD business to develop and implement effective PPC strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about Putting Customer First.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:



Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis Develop compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimise for key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, CPA) Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend

Performance Analysis & Reporting:



Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Utilise Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness Producing detailed analysis and reports for weekly & monthly performance of Paid Search channel and presenting to a range of audiences. Building and maitaining a performance tracker to share the health of PPC/PMax/Shopping program with iD management

Collaboration:



Work closely with the SEO, content, and creative teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed Work with sales teams to understand the customer journey, and how the PPC campaign effects sales

Required Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in managing and optimising PPC campaigns Strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools Strong analytical & commercial aptitude with problem-solving and effective communication skills Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong ability to present information effective Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the UK telecoms market is a plus Google Ads certifications & experience with bid management platforms is a plus
