IFNOTNOWWHEN is a dynamic marketing collective that combines diverse skills to deliver comprehensive solutions across the entire marketing mix. We specialise in strategy, social media, PR, and digital marketing, and we are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives. Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve organic search performance. Must be able to use HUBSPOT

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels, ensuring KPIs are met. Use data insights to refine strategies, recommending adjustments for optimal performance. Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to clients.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts. Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress and discuss strategic adjustments. Provide clients with reports and insights, explaining data in an accessible manner.

Email Marketing and Retargeting

Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns working with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager. Develop retargeting strategies to nurture leads and increase customer retention across digital platforms.

Platform and Ad Management

Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Test and iterate on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
