We\'re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive at ETM, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence for more than 15 brands spinning from sports bars to heritage dining venues. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with various teams to ensure a unified and engaging online experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including template creation, list management, and performance tracking.

• Website Maintenance: Help maintain and update the websites of our brands, ensuring content accuracy, visual appeal, and user-friendliness.

• Data Reporting: Assist in gathering and analysing data from digital marketing campaigns to provide insights.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the senior marketing team members to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.

• Content Management: Manage and update content on public platforms, such as social media channels and websites. Ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligns with our brand\'s voice and messaging.

The ideal Digital Marketing Executive will have:

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine enthusiasm for creating engaging digital experiences.
• Proficiency in CRM and CMS, in particular in WordPress and Atreemo, or similar systems.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and reporting: conversion rates, impressions, clicks, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media management is a plus.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to stay focused and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines- they are many brands to manage!
