We are a small family focused business, looking to appoint a candidate with strong marketing qualities, to fulfil our new full-time Digital Marketing role.

Small businesses can be challenging yet rewarding to describe, promote, market. We seek a forward-thinking marketeer, someone who is competent, organised and motivated by such challenge. You will have day-to-day marketing responsibility, based on clear KPIs.

This role may appeal to a newly qualified Digital Marketing professional.

We wish to communicate to and retain existing customers, and reach out to new customers within our geographic target area. Build a new trade audience (B2B), and develop communication to our loyal suppliers (B2B) and team members (B2C).

We have recently began transitioning to online systems for all business functions. This process is in its infancy, we see marketing as benefiting from our new online culture.

Existing revenue streams include:
- Workshop
- Vehicle storage
- Camping

Responsible for:



- Increased website traffic (SEO)

- Increasing website visit duration time

- Increased conversion rates (web to physical visits)

- Building new online videos

- Increasing repeat sales to existing customers

- Increasing testimonial feedback from customers

You will be expected to maintain optimal professionalism and the highest standards of work. Based on agreed strategy / priorities, you will manage and implement day-to-day communication, in line with the strategic objectives, the budget and finance.

You must have experience of working within a Marketing role in a small business, commercial environment or graduated with a marketing qualification. You must be able to handle a diverse workload, work effectively under pressure and prioritise your responsibilities.

As well as implementing communication via social media, email, and print, we seek an individual who has experience managing a wordpress website, and has experience and can demonstrate successful SEO.

This new appointment is the natural development from our existing part-time (16 hours) role. It is a hugely exciting time to join the team on our evolving business journey. We welcome new ideas and fresh approaches to further develop the organisation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Review current marketing strategy, review, update.

Confirm practical KPIs.

Build weekly/monthly tactic diary.

Delivering outstanding tactics that trigger results.

Action marketing function through clear auditable processes and systems.

Responsibility for measuring, managing, and reporting all marketing KPIs, keeping the owner informed of all marketing relevant financial matters.

Working with operations team to retain existing and increase new customers.

Ensuring marketing systems are monitored and managed.

Identify internal communication opportunities to empower team to confidently communication marketing tactics to customers.

Be our GDPR lead, to ensure the company compliance.

Film & publish reels & long format videos.

Maintain and update our Business Operations Manual (marketing section).

Track customer journey from online enquiry to completed sales.

Saturday morning staff rota: April to September.

Location



The role is "on site" as engagement with team is essential to greater understanding, photo and video generation.

As a rural business, you will need your own transport.
