Job Description
I have partnered with an online Ecommerce Retailer specialising in the Whiskey and Fine Spirits space. Founded in 2020 and well-funded by their parent company, the small team are now looking for a Digital Marketing Director to take the business to the next level.
You will be walking into a bit of a blank canvas, and this will truly be a huge opportunity for you to make a massive impact on the future success of this business through marketing.
You will be responsible for building out a Go - To - Market strategy, develop and manage the brands digital marketing strategy, brand marketing strategy, social media and content marketing calendars and strategy and start to look at an influencer and brand partnership strategy too.
They have built out a good online presence without having a true Marketing specialist and now is the time to bring in a Digital Marketing Director to steer the company in the right direction and really enable them to disrupt the ecommerce scene.
Fully remote, with some occasional travel to their HQ in Scotland, up to \xc2\xa375,000pa with an aggressive bonus (up to 100%) tied to profit share / target, sliding scale bonus down to a minimum expected profit enhancement.
