are responsible for building the brands of Concord's labels and catalogue within the UK market. Alongside our label and distribution partners, maximising sales potential and career development within the UK for Concord Artists, and catalogue.



As the

Digital Marketing Coordinator,

you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of dynamic digital marketing campaigns in the UK and other key European territories, with an emphasis on digital advertising, data collection and analytics. Works under close/direct supervision.
Responsibilities:

What you'll do:



Managing the practical execution of the digital marketing campaigns for all designated territories as applicable. Booking ads on Facebook/Instagram, Google and other self-serve platforms as applicable (e.g. TikTok, Snapchat). Creating and updating audience segments on advertising self-serve platforms Optimizing and updating smart links for our artists. Sourcing of all necessary ad assets (display ads, video content, other interactive assets), via labels or third parties as required. Compiling comprehensive reports of both top-line results and deeper data insight and delivering to campaign team members. Researching key audiences for new projects and producing detailed targeting reports to be used in digital advertising. Analysing sound use trends on short-form video Contributing to social content suggestions and brainstorm sessions, aware of content trends and industry developments. Researching relevant content creators and ability to negotiate partnerships. Tracking audience growth per platform and territory for an array of artists Liaising with International Marketing and Digital Marketing Departments to ensure all artist channels are optimised (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube...etc) Liaising with CRM and artist management teams to optimise mailouts to fans based on your markets

Qualifications:

What you'll need:



1+ years experience working on digital marketing campaigns Intelligent, diligent individual with an eye for detail Knowledge of Facebook, TikTok and Google Self-serve platforms Ability to understand and report analytics such as CPMs, cost per click, social engagement and cost per views Conversant with Excel to a basic level Good IT and digital skills Ability to multi-task and thrive on a small team in a fast paced environment Passionate about a wide-range of music and technology/digital trends Basic asset creation a plus
