Job Description

JOY is seeking a motivated and creative

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

to help drive our online growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in

Shopify

and

Klaviyo

, a flair for content creation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing across platforms. You'll manage product listings, execute email campaigns, coordinate social media content, and support paid media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify & Website Management

Upload and manage product listings using Shopify and Uphance. Merchandise collections, update swatches and styling suggestions. Run online promotions using tools like Bulk Price Editor. Manage key Shopify apps (e.g., reviews, wishlist, loyalty, search).

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

Build and send targeted email campaigns. Create automated flows and segment audiences. Track performance (open rates, CTRs) and optimise campaigns.

Social Media Management

Schedule and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Respond to customer comments and messages. Assist in organising influencer collaborations and giveaways.

Marketplace Support

Upload products and seasonal banners to marketplace platforms. Ensure product descriptions, images, and stock are updated.

Ad Content Support

Upload ad creatives (images, copy, videos) for Meta, Google, and TikTok. Assist in organising campaigns by season and category.

Creative Support

Edit images and videos for use in campaigns and on-site. Assist with photoshoot planning, including preparing samples and behind-the-scenes content.

Requirements:

Essential:

Experience using

Shopify

and managing product uploads. Hands-on knowledge of

Klaviyo

email marketing. Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Visual editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).

Desirable:

Knowledge of UX or e-commerce customer journey. Experience with fashion merchandising or styling. Familiarity with platforms like Wolf & Badger.
