The Role:



The Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator will join our Marketing team to support the delivery of our digital marketing strategy. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities focused on promoting the business, increasing brand visibility, and supporting consistent growth in new sales.

As part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will be involved in diverse tasks - from designing and delivering digital campaigns to managing and further developing our brand new website (launching soon). The role will also include managing and continuously developing our website. A key expectation is the ability to demonstrate measurable results from digital marketing initiatives and show clear returns on investment.

Responsibilities:



Planning and running effective PPC sales campaigns across Google's network, managing the bid strategy and selling at target acquisition rates. Maintaining brand awareness and generating leads across social networks, producing organic and paid content in line with overall business goals. Developing an overall SEO strategy based on competitive keyword/SEO research using tools like Semrush to improve brand visibility in search engines. Managing the development of our new website. Growing pages internally where possible and working with our dev team to further develop pillar content where more advanced coding is necessary. Use CRM to plan engaging keep warm campaigns to fallen of leads and re-engage them back into the sales funnel. Writing concise, persuasive, and keyword rich copy for the new pages of our website - always taking into account readability scores and SEO scores for our website. Create compelling visual content to support digital campaigns using systems such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Ensure accurate conversions can be tracked in our PPC campaigns, collate data and report to SMT monthly on campaigns, click-through rates, cost per click and cost per order - as well as suggest ways in which the business can improve this. Responding to and engaging with customers where necessary on social media, through email campaigns, direct mail and ensuring our brand reputation is maintained in all these. Be proficient in Excel to manage and navigate through customer data Follow GDPR guidelines, to prepare mass customer communications where necessary. Use marketing tools to undergo constant competitive research on pricing, tactics, SEO and use this information to influence our own marketing decisions moving forward.

Objectives:



Perform a key role in the continual development of our new website, undertaking keyword research to develop content that will increase our organic traffic and sales over time. Using our CRM, plan, design and build keep warm campaigns filled with engaging content - with the purpose of re-engaging fallen of leads and pushing them back into the sales funnel. Create engaging, conversion focused digital ads for all formats and placements - including static and basic animated videos where necessary. Set up and run Google Ads sales campaigns, constantly refine them based on analysis, and manage the bid strategy to ensure for the best possible ROI for the business. Set up and run Meta Ads sales campaigns (and occasionally LinkedIn) to promote our brand to our target audience, drive valuable traffic to our website/key landing page and work to drive additional sales here too. Interpret data, generate actionable insights, and continually seek out ways in which the business can improve its digital presence and maximise return on investment.

Qualifications/Experience:



Degree or equivalent in Marketing/Digital Media (preferred) Minimum experience of 5 years in a digital marketing role, managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Either with an agency or in-house. Experience running PPC campaigns. Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively Good verbal & written communication skills The ability to plan, communicate & implement strategic digital marketing plans Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with solutions and ideas Independent thinker, has the ability to formulate new ideas and strategies

Performance Criteria:



Development & delivery of brand penetration in the market place Increase the level of organic sales, and a competitive cost per acquisition rate Delivery of the annual digital marketing plan, with key responsibilities 100% compliance with digital marketing campaign timelines Evidence performance via statistical analysis
