Digital Marketing Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the brand and services online to attract new customers and grow our reach
Running our social media platforms,
Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok,
with engaging, on-brand content
Collaborating with our Marketing Agency to build and deliver email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales
Assisting in planning and running effective
pay-per-click
(
PPC) campaigns
Helping to maintain, update and improve our
company website
for better performance and user experience
Producing a range of content, from
videos and photos
to
social media posts and social media content
Creating impactful
mailshots
for key campaigns and events
Improving our
SEO
to enhance online visibility through keyword research, meta tags, and structured content
Analysing and reporting on the success of digital campaigns, working closely with the Management team to track results
Conducting
market and competitor research
to inform strategy
Staying on top of trends and proactively suggesting
new ideas, platforms, or tools
we should explore
Managing and maintaining data in our
CRM system
and marketing lists
Supporting broader
admin and stock management tasks,
where needed

We want to develop and maintain our apprentices with the business. At the end of the apprenticeship there will be the opportunity for your role to become permanent within the business and to play a key role to its continued success.
