ROLE DESCRIPTION




You know how to wield all the mar tech tools at your disposal to deliver campaigns that genuinely drive growth. And you don't stop once your campaign is live. When new product updates are announced you jump on the chance to see how they can positively impact your campaigns, and you're always the first to share your findings and best practices with the team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES



Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the company, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain their digital presence Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimise user experience Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content Create and manage content for the company's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques Develop and monitor campaign budgets Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



Strong knowledge of HubSpot Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends Strong project management and managerial skills In-depth knowledge of current digital trends Experience in digital marketing, or a related field Proficiency in photo and video editing software Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data Proven experience in an agency environment Commercial awareness by identifying opportunities to grow work for existing customers * Natural at building relationships and have a true passion for what you do
