The Role

The Analyst, Digital E-Commerce will manage and distribute key digital reporting and performance insight to inform, educate and guide decision making in line with the P&O Cruises Digital trading objective, driving positive change within the online customer journey and working with the Digital Content, Marketing Communications, Social and CRM teams.

• Provide support in the Digital channel target setting and tracking, working closely with Revenue and Commercial Planning
• Scrutinize key online performance metrics to ensure we can be proactive and dynamic in optimising conversion
• Guide decision making across the Digital team and stakeholders using insight of online performance and trading requirement

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

About You

Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you\'ll also need:

• Ability to interpret and analyse data sets, applying relevant analysis to form conclusions and recommendations
• Experience in Excel and using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is not essential but advantageous
• Problem solving skills and being able to suggest recommendations and bring new ideas when presented with challenges
• An Analytical mindset with the ability to review and analyse data
