An exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data analysis to join a growing eCommerce team, as Lead Data and Insights Analyst. In this role of Lead and Insights Analyst, you will work within the eCommerce UX team but will be a central resource for all eCommerce reporting, responsible for producing accurate and value-add reports for both brand websites. In addition, as the Lead Data and Insights Analyst there will be daily use of analysis tools including, but not limited to, Content Square, GA4, Excel and Google Looker Studio. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs. Utilise data visualisation tools to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Provide weekly and monthly business insights reports. The right candidate will have strong analysis background with experience extracting, interpreting and in both written and visual reporting. Experience working with large data sets. Proven ability to deliver ROI through analytics and advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Strong Maths skills. Proficiency in BI Tools such as Power BI and experience Using Content Square or other User Insights tools.
