We\'re recruiting for a Digital & Design Consultant, as part of our newly created Design Studio where you\'ll shape and design learning solutions that helps DLG gain a reputation for being forward thinking and deliver value for the business.

What you\'ll be doing:
Reporting to the Digital & Innovation Learning Lead, you\'ll connect learning with skills and careers to evolve organisational capability, propel and sustain our performance and propel the Learning, HR and business strategy.
You will conduct learning discoveries, scope solutions and evaluate existing content to identify the most suitable learning experiences.
You will work with and build relationships with managed service providers, 3rd parties, subject matter experts, and project leads to analyse, design and produce interactive, engaging learning experiences for target audiences.
You will create user flows, produce wireframes, storyboards and prototypes to bring learning experiences to life.
You will create a variety of learning experiences including: web-based, audio, gamification, simulations, assessments, AI, community-based, animations, user generated content, social media, interactive visual aids and presentations.
You will maintain a portfolio of evidence-based solutions and embed a continuous improvement approach to keeping learning experiences current
You will collaborate with other Digital and Design Consultants to produce learning experiences aligned to latest design, learning trends and thought leadership.
What you\'ll need:
You will be a technical expert in digital and Multimedia software technologies (Essential: Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite; After Effects and Illustrator)
You will write copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts \xc2\xb7
You will have knowledge of accessibility standards to accommodate diverse learner needs \xc2\xb7
You will be experienced in designing diagnostic tools, assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes \xc2\xb7
You will be familiar with learning theories and human-centred design.
You will be able to analyse problem statements, identify solutions and make informed decisions. \xc2\xb7
You will have data skills, understand data ethics and governance, and tell a compelling narrative through storytelling.

For this role, we anticipate you would work from home, with expectations to work from the office 1-2 days a month.
The team is spread out across the country and as long as you live a commutable distance from one of our offices in London/Bromley, Leeds, Doncaster, Manchester, Glasgow, or Bristol that\'s great. We\'ll support you as best as we can.
