We\xe2\x80\x99re Agantis. A mini fintech empire with a portfolio of five brands, all operating within the card and payments space. Our brands have both a B2B and B2C focus, with audiences ranging from children and parents to care agencies and corporates.

) - a spending card for carers and vulnerable adults, which allows these users and their carers to spend money safely * Crunch (
) - a flexible card and payment platform with endless applications * Osper (
) - a prepaid debit card for 6-18s allowing them to spend their pocket money and an app for parents to load money and monitor spending * Prosper (
) - a platform that allows any bank, brand or startup to launch their own youth card scheme * FPS (
) - promotes and re-sells the group services within the Middle East

Each brand is connected, but very different, which means the role is going to be fast paced, varied and very exciting.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our friendly team. Ideally you\xe2\x80\x99ll have at least 3 years of experience in a content-led digital-first marketing role and you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to take the next step in your career to help us grow all five brands within our portfolio.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone smart, confident and experienced in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support our sales team.

At the same time, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be expected to create and curate high-quality content (e.g. blogs, social media posts, newsletter and emails) that engage with our target audience and showcase our products and services.

You will report into the Group Marketing Manager and play a very important role in helping our five brands grow in interesting, innovative ways.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Planning and Implementing Digital Advertising Campaigns: Helping to develop, deliver and manage our digital campaigns to drive both awareness and engagement that translates to sales across all five brands. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, creating compelling ad copy and continuously monitoring and analysing campaign performance.
  • Producing High Quality Content: Writing fantastic and engaging content across all five brands, ranging from blogs, social media posts, emails and content for our newsletters
  • Managing Social Presence: planning, designing and executing both organic and paid social with great content, high interaction and a range of ideas per brand and specific to their target audience.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be good at managing your time, workload and switching from one brand to another with great fluidity. We expect you to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and be the go-to for digital marketing knowledge across the Group.

Requirements

Key skills

These are the essential skills we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
  • Producing high quality written content: Ensuring the content we produce is engaging and focused for the specific target audience with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Digital advertising knowledge and know how: you should have a great track record of planning, executing and reporting on paid campaigns across a variety of platforms.
  • Social media management: demonstrating that you can develop and deliver campaigns on multiple social channels that engage with the target audience.
  • Optimisation: Improving conversion rates and search performance and understanding what works and what doesn\xe2\x80\x99t.
  • Recording and reporting: Knowing we are spending money in the right places is very important, we expect you to report on all paid campaigns to showcase ROI.
  • Analytical mindset: The ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data driven suggestions on where we spend our budget and why.
  • Producing creative material across all platforms with knowledge of the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Desirable skills

Experience in the following area, would be fantastic:
  • Experience with working with PR agencies to handle media enquiries and opportunities
Location

The role will be fully home based and we\xe2\x80\x99ll provide all of the equipment you need to excel in your role.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
