Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver high-quality, on brand digital content - drawing on evidence, data and research to justify and inform design decisions
Develop compelling content and intuitive user flows that improve website usability and accessibility across our digital channels
Act as a gatekeeper for online content, ensuring all digital outputs adhere to our guidelines and standards on brand, accessibility and usability.
Oversee website content, databases, forms and self-service tools, maintaining consistency and quality across the board
Build relationships with key stakeholders and engage in effective communication. Work in partnership to test digital services, gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement
Contribute to the upholding and development of style guides and best practices. Provide support to internal users on digital guidelines, SEO best practices, and effective content creation techniques
Candidate Requirements:
A degree-level education or equivalent experience
Knowledge of key legislation and digital marketing best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform decisions
Proven experience in developing and delivering digital content projects that drive service improvement
Experience managing content management sustems within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
