Contract Type: Temporary (2 years), Full-time, 37 hours per week

The role will be integral to achieving some of these outcomes. It is the engine room supporting the leadership of the Council and Partnerships at a local, regional, and national level.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a confident and dedicated professional individual who is passionate about making a difference to people\xe2\x80\x99s lives, to the outcomes they aspire to achieve. To embrace changing the conventional service provision with a digital focus thus reducing budgetary pressures but enhancing technology to achieve better outcomes. You would be joining the Home First Team at Doncaster Council on a temporary basis for up to 2 years.
We are looking to recruit an individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic and have a \'can-do\' attitude; people who are highly organised, creative, and able to successfully deliver on projects, while building excellent relationships with key partners, new & existing suppliers, and stakeholders.
About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to play a key role in the management and delivery of projects within Adults Directorate but also across the whole organisation, in line with agreed corporate priorities. The role will provide effective and high-quality change & project management on a range of specific areas, working within agreed timelines, budgetary constraints, to source and apply for funding associated with specific projects, using agreed project management methodologies and approaches.
