- Premium Country Pubs, Vintage Inns and Miller & Carter

- driving relevance and engagement for its guest base.

What will I be doing?



Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing for the Premium Division, the Digital and Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for: Driving divisional sales, profit and market share objectives in line with company ambition. Managing the division's digital strategy to maximise opportunities to communicate across web, app, email and social to drive reach, awareness, engagement and conversion. Owning the Social Strategy and Plan for the Division, to deliver engagement with our brands through relevant content, as well as topline sales/ conversion through paid social. Owning the CRM Strategy and Plan for the Division to drive sign up, loyalty and frequency. Deliver seasonal and key date digital campaigns through effective marketing channels. Work closely with the Brand marketing managers to showcase each of the brands personality, TOV and guest experience across all digital touchpoints. Leading, developing and coaching three direct reports with full line management accountability. Managing all digital marketing expenditure in line with agreed budgets and forecasts.

What do I need?




Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You'll have...

3 years + experience, with proven performance in a strategic Marketing role. A strategic and commercial attitude to sales & performance Marketing with a digital focus. Demonstrable track record delivering successful digital campaigns against agreed metrics. Experience of man-management. Experience of managing multiple projects at pace whilst having a strong eye for detail. Self-starter, with a passion, drive and a can-do attitude. Passion for food and drink, with a keen understanding of the marketplace and competitor set.
