Essity is a global Hygiene and Health company. They are \xe2\x80\x9cDedicated to improving well-being through leading hygiene and health solutions\xe2\x80\x9d. They have a stronghold in Europe with the Americas and Asia accelerating.
They are mostly present across Feminine and Incontinence Care, Kitchen, Toilet hygiene and Health & Medical devices across both B2C and B2B, with brands you will know about such as Tena, Libresse, Lotus, Tork, Leukoplast.
They believe in brand building and as such have developed purpose-led campaigns, which take a stand, i.e. Viva La Vulva in 2019 and Periodsomnia (award-winning campaigns), celebrating women\'s intimate V zone.
They also have a strong focus on sustainability, which is a key pillar of each brand\'s marketing strategy.
Zenith have been their global media agency since 2013, and this partnership keeps on strengthening every year.
The Digital Account Director will work across one their biggest B2C category and will also be responsible for scale initiatives, which will influence the whole of Essity\'s digital and data roadmap.
The category of focus is Consumer Tissue, which has a wide brand portfolio, such as Lotus, Zewa, Plenty, Tempo, Cushelle; which are present across all of Europe, Latin America and China. They have a wide range of business challenges and opportunities, as well as a strong sustainability agenda.
The scale initiatives are mostly around leading the deployment and governance of the Ad Tech Stack; and working with Essity on their global data strategy.
Across the board, you will have the ability to have an impact on the digital strategy and roadmap working closely with internal teams, including the digital activation hubs, as well as with our clients. The role, which has a global focus is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move into a global role so it\'s not necessary that you\'ve done that before.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be results focused and play a large part in building the relationship with our client/s, instilling faith in them that your expertise has their best interests at heart and will serve their brand/s well.
Previous experience in a planning role coupled with strong strategic focus and the confidence to engage at all levels will stand you in good stead.
