The service area is expanding to include technical services to help deliver housing grants in the private sector. These technical services include the design of adaptations, procurement of contractors and contract management to assist some of our most vulnerable residents to achieve adaptations to their own home. For a full list of the job details and requirements please view the and Person Specification.About YouAs an enthusiastic and empathetic individual, you will bring experience of working in private sector housing and with vulnerable and disabled residents. Your customer care skills will be paramount in assisting residents to make informed decisions about their own home. Duties include assistance with application forms, helping to specify works, assisting in the procurement of contractors, management of contractors and site visits.You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.Benefits or working at North East Derbyshire District Council:
