The service area is expanding to include technical services to help deliver housing grants in the private sector. These technical services include the design of adaptations, procurement of contractors and contract management to assist some of our most vulnerable residents to achieve adaptations to their own home. Your customer care skills will be paramount in assisting residents to make informed decisions about their own home.
