This isn't a paper-pushing underwriter job. This is full-on deal ownership. From "Nice to meet you" to "Funds released," you're the conductor of the whole damn orchestra.

What You'll Actually Do:

Run the show on your deals--from initial enquiry to completed loan. Smash through deadlines without breaking a sweat. Write slick, bulletproof credit papers that Credit Committee signs off with a smile. Spot red flags in third-party reports faster than a sniffer dog at Heathrow. Be the person brokers and developers trust to get the deal done.
You'll Need:

Experience in underwriting (bonus points if it's in bridging or development finance). A Jedi-level understanding of risk, regs, and compliance. A brain wired for problem-solving and a diary that stays on top of deadlines. People skills. Real ones. You'll be dealing with humans, not just spreadsheets. A team-player mindset with a bit of lone-wolf grit when it counts.
