We're on the lookout for
two Development Clerk of Works Surveyors
who are experienced and knowledgeable in new builds. You'll play a key role in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards, advising on design, specification, and quality.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Has experience inspecting the work, skills, expertise, quality and safety of work on construction sites
Has experience carrying out site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly
Has a good working knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, planning procedures and other building related legislation and standards.
Has demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders including residents, internal departments, regulators and warranty providers.
Is highly organised, with good planning skills and the proven ability to meet key targets and deadlines.
Is willing to travel around Cornwall and Devon for inspections.
