Permanent, Full Time: 35 hours per week

Salary Range: \xc2\xa327,180 to \xc2\xa330,120 per annum inclusive of London Weighting depending on experience.

Guildhall School of Music & Drama is a vibrant, international community of young musicians, actors and theatre technicians in the heart of the City of London. We produce outstanding graduates whose talents light up stages and concert platforms across the world.

As well as providing professional training at undergraduate, postgraduate, junior and short course level, the School has a substantial programme of regular performances, encompassing concerts, recitals, plays, operas and musicals open to the general public.

We are looking for a Development Administrator (Gifts & Events) to join the Development & Alumni Relations Office. The post holder will be responsible for gift processing activities and events administration.

The Development Administrator (Gifts & Events) will be responsible for the efficient processing of gifts received by the School from individuals and organisations, maintaining gift records on the CRM (Raiser\'s Edge NXT) and reporting on gifts. They will also handle logistics, promotional materials, invitations, ticketing and customer enquiries for income generating events.

The post holder will be responsible for the successful reconciliation between the fundraising database, the charity bank account and The Guildhall School Trust funds.

Experience of the Raiser\'s Edge/Raiser\'s Edge NXT or a similar CRM is desirable but not essential. Candidates will be highly organised and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of music, theatre and/or higher education is desirable.
