Your role

To manage a 24hr / 7-day week Despatch and Stores department, minimising waste while maximising throughputs. This will include responsibility for all despatch operations, stores, dry goods, receipt point. All areas are driven by set KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to enhance performance, reduce waste and deliver profitability. To develop relationships with other key internal departments. To assist in cost saving initiatives. To identify area\'s for development within the department and evaluate current working practices. To benchmark Moy Park stocking facilities/procedures/targets against comparable business units and submit recommendations.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

• Previous experience of working within a Supply Chain, Despatch or Stores environment

• A working knowledge of a FMCG and/or manufacturing environment

• Experience of working with Warehouse Management Systems

• Relevant management experience

• Proven Leadership skills

• Good Interpersonal & communication skills

• Good organisational skills

• Proven track record of performance against targets

• Proven Budget Control

• Computer Literate
